Obtained from Trebbiano and Malvasia, the typical white grapes of the area with the addition of a percentage of Viognier. The alcoholic fermentation takes place partly in 500 liter oak Tonneaux and partly in steel.
The nose reveals intense floral aromas and fresh white fleshed fruit.
It is a full-bodied, fresh, mineral wine with a good persistence on the palate.
Suitable both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fresh and light meals.
