Tasting

The must undergoes alcoholic fermentation on skins in stainless steel tanks for about 18 days. It matures in concrete vats for about one year. Rosso IGT is a mid-bodied and refreshing red wine with a lively ruby red colour. It delivers floral and fresh red fruit flavours. It is agreeable on the palate, with the typical acidity of young wines. Aging potential: 2-3 years
