Made using the farm's olives

Our extra virgin olive oil is made of olives cultivated exclusively in the groves of our estate and handpicked from the trees from November to December. Cold-pressing maintains the acidity and its pleasantly fruity and fragrant distinctive flavour. It is a typical Tuscan Olive Oil.

Tasting

Intense grassy aroma that express the distinctive intensity of this territory. It is a perfect all-round oil for use in the kitchen, but it excels with salads, Tuscan soups and other foods when used uncooked (raw).
