Tasting

Alcoholic fermentation on skins in stainless steel tanks for three weeks, with pumping over three times a day. The wine matures in oak barrels where it completes its malolactic fermentation. It remains in barriques for 15 months and refines in the bottle for at least 9 months. A full-bodied wine, it has a deep ruby red colour. Intense aromas of fresh fruit and jam mingle with spicy notes. It is soft, warm and round on the palate. It has a good persistency and is properly sapid. Aging potential: 8-10 years.
