Serving temperature: 10°-12° C

After a one day skin contact, the crushed grapes are separated from the must, which will ferment on its own at a low temperature and the aged in steel until spring.

Elegant notes of roses, cherries and red fruit are aromatically expressed. Fresh, harmonious, smooth and balanced on the palate.
