Rosso di Toscana I.G.T.
This wine, produced for the first time in 1990, is born from a careful selection of the finest grapes of the Poggio al Chiuso farm owned by the Corti family since 1956.
Serving temperature: Serve at 18° C
Alcoholic fermentation on skins in concrete tanks for three weeks, with pump overs three times a day. The wine ages in oak barrels where it completes its malolactic fermentation. It remains in barrels for 10 months and then bottle ages for at least 9 months. A full-bodied wine with a deep ruby red colour and an intense aromas of fresh fruit and jam mingle with spicy notes. It is soft, warm and round on the palate with a nice persistency and is properly tasty. Aging potential: 8-10 years.
