Made using the farm's olives
Our extra virgin olive oil is made of olives Frantoio, Moraiolo, Pendolino e Leccino cultivated exclusively in the groves of our estate and handpicked from the trees from November to December. Cold-pressing maintains the acidity and guarantees its fruitiness and fragrant distinctive flavour.

Intense grassy aroma that expresses the distinctive intensity of this territory. It is an olive oil for a broad use in the kitchen: excels with salads, Tuscan soups and other foods when used uncooked (raw).
