The must undergoes alcoholic fermentation with its skins in stainless steel tanks for about 18 days and it then ages in concrete vats for about one year. Voltaccino is a mid-bodied and refreshing red wine with a lively ruby red colour. It delivers floral and fresh red fruit flavours, it is delicate on the palate, juicy and a bit spicy  with the typical acidity of young wines.  Aging potential: 2-3 years.
